Negligence Suit Against Assisted Living Center is Being Settled
We represented the daughters of an elderly woman with dementia who wandered away from an assisted living facility through a window in her room. Her body was discovered several months later in a heavily wooded area. The case was settled for a confidential amount.

Forsyth County Jury Awards More than $1 Million for Death of Teenager
Our firm obtained a million dollar verdict for the parents of a 17 year old boy who was killed in an automobile accident in the conservative venue of Forsyth County. This was the second million dollar plus wrongful death verdict that we had obtained for a client in this county in the past two years.
